Emma Minimbi is the Co-Founder of Hope Pro Bono Legal Inc. and provides specialist legal expertise on a pro bono basis. She is a 2023 Obama Foundation Asia-Pacific Leader, holds a Master of Public and International Law from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Laws from UPNG, and has been admitted to the National and Supreme Courts of Papua New Guinea since 2015.

Hope Pro Bono Legal Inc. is actively seeking qualified, committed, and values-driven individuals to serve as Directors on our Board of Directors (Committee of Management under the Associations Incorporation Act 2023). Our Board provides strategic oversight, governance, and accountability for one of Papua New Guinea's only community legal centres serving the Highlands Region. Board Directors serve in a voluntary governance capacity and are appointed in accordance with the Hope Pro Bono Legal Inc. Constitution and the Associations Incorporation Act 2023 (Papua New Guinea). Expressions of interest are welcome from Papua New Guinean nationals and expatriates alike. Expatriate applicants must have demonstrated lived experience working in Papua New Guinea, particularly in the Highlands Region, and a genuine understanding of the communities we serve.
