Will provide free legal representation for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and forced marriage — including applying for Protection Orders and Interim Protection Orders, legal advice, and trauma-informed support throughout the legal process.

SARV Legal Aid
Will provide free legal representation for victims and survivors of Sorcery Accusation Related Violence — one of very few organisations offering this specialist service in the Highlands Region of PNG. Legal aid will cover court representation and appearances before relevant authorities.

Will provide free legal representation across family law matters including child custody, maintenance, matrimonial property disputes, child protection, and family violence under Papua New Guinea family law — with full court appearances and legal advice at no cost.

Duty Lawyer Service
A duty lawyer service is planned to commence as soon as Hope Pro Bono is able to, supported by employed or volunteer lawyers. The service will focus exclusively on GBV and SARV matters — specifically Interim Protection Order and Protection Order hearings at the Mount Hagen District Court. There are plans to expand this service to the Walume District Court through our satellite legal clinic.
